Art Direction: Dermot Mac Cormack
Philadelphia Museum of Food is a pseudo museum. I had envisioned this museum to be a cutting edge place. The exhibitions would be racy and exciting. The logo, a play off of the food pyramid, is complete representation of those traits. The choice of color reflected the natural element of food and was used to divert the edgy mark into becoming too artificial. The color and design of the logo was then extended and used to develop business collateral; business cards, letterhead and envelopes.
