We were tasked with making this information engaging, easy to digest, and giftable—while staying within budget. The solution was the Holiday Survival Guide: a cohesive, branded kit that walks clients through strategic planning for Q4, provides thoughtful recommendations, and includes practical goodies like coffee and notepads to support productivity. To ensure the content was approachable and visually compelling, we developed a custom illustrative design style that broke up dense information and added personality. This style was so successful that Listrak’s internal teams adopted it across their broader Q4 outreach. Everything was packaged in a custom-welled box, designed for both impact and efficient shipping—delivering a delightful unboxing experience that stayed true to Listrak’s friendly, conversational brand voice.
